Always a great experience. Professionally run and guest focused. Responsive to any need. Extremely comfortable environment. The recently opened restaurant, Poeta is a great addition. Top-shelf Italian cuisine. The place to stay when in Austin!

This is my absolute favorite hotel/Inn of all time. The rooms are gorgeous, and the service is outstanding. Whenever my wife and I visit Austin, this is our go-to spot. Also, make sure you check out the restaurant Poeta. The brunch is outstanding.

Excellent experience! The Frances Modern Inn is so beautiful and unique! Proximity to some great restaurants and downtown Austin is very convenient. Love how unique every room is. So many areas to unwind. Free coffee at your disposal and soda water. You will feel spoiled and at home at the same time. Very friendly service. We will be back!

Came to Austin for one day of ACL Festival. Drove in from Dallas so had my car...parking was super convenient as all spots were open upon arrival. This is the cutest hotel I have ever seen. Easiest check-in/out process and such friendly employees. My stay was way too short, need to go back!! Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Great location, beautiful rooms and fantastic staff. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to Downtown, or 10-15 minutes from E6th Street, which is full of great bars and restaurants, so perfect for newcomers to Austin. The layout of the hotel is excellent, with an open air communal area on each floor with Coffee machine and refrigerator containing water and milk etc, and the top floor is a large open air terrace (with shade) that gives great views over the city skyline and surrounding areas. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if I’m ever in Austin again.

If you love character and charm, you’ll love the Frances Modern! Had a perfect weekend stay. Loved the easy checkin process. My room was perfectly and thoughtfully laid out. Bed so comfortable. Beautiful large bathroom. Wonderful rain shower. Thoughtful touches like a sound machine and water in the fridge, not to mention the drinks available in common area on each floor. Will definitely be back!!

This is a great hotel brimming with character. Amazing location and things to walk to. The staff was great all-around. We used their meeting room for an all day business meeting and ate at the restaurant twice for brunch. Thumbs up and would stay again.

I stayed at The Frances Modern Inn to be close to The Moody Center for a show. From the time I arrived until the time I checked out, the service was impeccable. For a quick weekend away or a longer stay, this is the place to stay. The whole city is within reach, including my favorite bar next door, Nickel City. I'll be back soon!

I was there for my stay during SXSW, wonderful crew and the aesthetics are beyond expectations. Only thing I will say is that if you arrive after the restaurant is closed (say you were out for dinner) you have to come in through the alley, which did feel sus.
