More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

This hotel needs renovation. Manager informed us that ice machines on all floors were broken. Thermostat in room did not operate correctly. TV was inoperable and maintenance staff was unable to repair.

We unexpectedly stayed here overnight due to a flight cancellation at Denver airport. The Hyatt Place staff were exceptional, from the receptionist who helped us with our phone inquiry (from the airport) about the shuttle and who greeted us when we arrived near midnight, to the shuttle drivers both ways. The free breakfast was much higher quality and more varied than expected, with both cooked and cold options. The room was quiet, the beds very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Clean room nice breakfast but the paying for parking 25.00 outrageous. I'm even a Hyatt member but when I went to put in the code to get free parking or something off it was rushed info when I was checking in. There was nowhere to put the info! We stayed closer to the airport on our travel day back home and it was at a very nice new hotel cheaper and didn't charge us for parking. Just beware when booking .

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed! Extremely helpful, polite and friendly front desk. The security company that patrols the parking lot charges you to park their. If you join Hyatt Rewards, the parking fee is waived. The gentleman that checked me in didn't push rewards but offered it as way to not have to pay to park. Lot's of dining within walking distance and a convenience store across the street.

The room was perfect for the family with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. All beds were comfortable even the sofa bed where I slept. The included breakfast excellent with biscuits and gravy, mini omelettes, protein, oat meal, fruits yogurt and more.

When I landed I checked in online, having no idea the trouble that would cause. I couldn’t find the hotel and by midnight ran out of options. I stayed somewhere else because it was midnight. Unbeknownst to me, having checked in online I was no longer calling to cancel a reservation. I was a checked in guest and at their mercy of the hotel staff who don’t value my loyalty and clearly don’t care. They are rude and standoffish. I’ve placed 5 calls now to Hyatt. Not only are they charging me for the first night, but they also charged the second night stating that I never checked out! Unbelievable. I’ve never stopped foot inside the hotel!

I stayed two nights and was out of the room for the whole day. When I returned in the evening my room was not cleaned or touched. I had to go to the front desk to pick up fresh towels. I stayed at this same hotel 7 months ago, and the exact thing happen with my room not being cleaned.
