Unfortunately this hotel is anything but "Quality." Plusses: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean, the TV worked, the room was a good size. Minuses: there was no recent maintenance to the room. The bedside lamp didn't work, alarm clock unplugged, beat up furniture apparently from the 1970s, no actual drain plug in the bathtub, just a makeshift screen that looked like it was made with a bottlecap. In general, the room was dingy. Free breakfast? Not really. If you are okay with hotel waffles then it's great. Very minimalist options. Only choice of juice was orange. I have frequented Quality Inns, but this is the worst I've been to yet. If I were Quality Inns, I would be ashamed to put my name on this one.

Beware if your airlines give you a voucher for a canceled flight. It is safer to sleep at the airport. The shuttle does not have working seat belts. They had passengers sit where the luggage belongs. The room was infested with bed bugs. Another lady ran out of her room because blood and bodily fluids where on her sheet. A wild party was going on next to our room with people trying to get in the back door to enter.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever spent 15 minutes in. Dirty washrags in the room, dirt on the beds, don’t let Southwest Airlines send you here with a voucher if your flight is canceled, do yourself a favor and just pay for your own hotel as we ended up moving after 5 minutes in the second room they tried to send us too. We tried to lay down in the beds and just go to sleep as we only had about 4 hours before needing to be back at the airport but I was afraid to close my eyes in the dark here.

After a long day of multiple flight cancellations, I missed my connecting flight, & was sent here by United Airlines. Waited over an hour for shuttle (others told me they had been waiting over 2 hours) Van size shuttle finally arrived & could only fit a few people from the large crowd waiting. By then it was after midnight, & I was exhausted, so I spent $50 for a taxi. Upon checking in, I was told that they signed me up for the 12 noon shuttle, & that I could check out late in order to take that shuttle. The next day when I went to sign out & catch the shuttle, a very rude young man working at the desk, told me that the shuttle was full. I informed him that they had already signed me up for the 12:00 shuttle when I checked in the night before, but he told me that I was not on the list & the shuttle was full. (& that was the last shuttle they had scheduled for departing guests) He told me I’d have to take an Uber. I told him I had no money left since I spent my last $50 on a taxi to get there the night before. I asked him how am I supposed to get back to the airport, do I have to hitch hike? He again told me I’ll have to take an Uber. I asked if there’s a phone number to speak to a supervisor? He said no, that I’d have to complain to the airlines. At that point I was crying, & went & sat in the lobby, trying to figure out who I could call to borrow money from, & how to install the Uber app (note: I’m a disabled senior citizen who lives in rural Kansas & has never even used Uber) Shortly after, the friendly morning shuttle driver came into the lobby, saw me sitting there, & asked if I needed a ride, because he still had room (turns out he had 2 or 3 seats left) But, the rude desk clerk had not even bothered to ask the driver if he had any room.

Didn't even stay the night! Southwest flight was late and many people missed their connecting flights. Southwest did make hotel reservations for us but boy oh boy.....I wouldn't recommend that place. Waited 1 hour for the shuttle along with a bunch of people from the flight. Before check-in there were people reporting issues coming from other floors. Get my key, go to the room, and I saw enough to pay out of pocket to not stay there

Someone else booked this non-refundable stay for me, and I was nervous when I saw all the one star reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We were able to check in early, and our room was clean and quiet. We had a fridge and microwave and no issues. The pool and hottub seemed clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. The airport shuttle operated as expected, though you definitely want to sign up for a slot the night before as there is limited space. The only reason that I gave it a four was that there was a strong smell in the hallways (cleaner/chemical smell, not *****). It was actually difficult to walk down the hallway without covering our noses as it was very strong. Thankfully there wasn't any of that smell in our room. Otherwise, we had a great stay. I assume corporate got involved and required changes as our experience seemed way better than many of the reviews indicated.

When I exited my room, Hotel Staff exited another room and was at a housekeeper's cart. This was the dialogue: Me: I am leaving. Quality Inn Hotel Staff: So, I do not care. Why are you telling me? Me: To be courtesy to let you know the room is no longer occupied. Quality Inn Hotel Staff: I am not housekeeping you white ass ******. Also, the shuttle service was terrible. I called and advised that shuttles run regularly. After an hour nearly 35 people fought to get into a ten person passenger van which was the shuttle. I did not chose to stay here. United Airlines sent me here because my flight was cancelled. The place was old, run down, noisy, not close to the airport, and dirty, but those are not even my complaints or the reason for this review. Stay far away from this place. It is my belief that the only reason it can survive as a business is from United Airlines sending its stranded passengers here. If United Airlines strands you, go to another hotel even if you must pay for it yourself.

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Shuttle service needs work. We waited at airport for 70 minutes to be picked up…. We were to leave at 11am and prescheduled the shuttle…. We showed up at 11am. Waited for the shuttle… the lady at the front desk just said it leaves right on time… obviously it’s doesn’t. We were there at 11 and we were aired for over an hour for our original pick up. Make sure your plenty early so they don’t have any excuses at this place.

Little black bugs walking around on the bed. The location is basically a truck stop. People mulling around and some folks living on the grass beside their burned up car. Checked in and tried to get a refund but was told it was non refundable. Seems like that would only apply if you could actually sleep there! Left anyway. Stay across the highway much nicer area.
