The room size is relatively small compared to other hotels in the same area, but overall it’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. However, for a short stay, it’s a decent choice.

NO HOT WATER. SLOW DRAINING SINKS AND TUB. We had a newborn in the room, and not having hot water was difficult. We had to run the water a long time before water got "warm," but another problem was that the drains were very clogged, so the sinks filled up to the overflow before the water was hot!!!!! The bathtub also didn't drain well. One of the duvets had a dried blood stain. This particular Springhill Suites should consider new management to address their guests' basic issues..... barely warm water in day, no hot water at night, dirty duvets, and clogged sinks.

I booked a room online late in the evening after my child had been admitted to the hospital ICU across the street. I left my home urgently as my child was critically ill and requiring resuscitation in the ED of the hospital. In the emergent situation I grabbed only my phone. Upon arriving to the front office, I was refused check in as I did not have physical credit card only digital and was refused to refund my money. They were able to see the reservation and that it had been paid In full. The biggest waste of $200 and the last thing I needed after such a difficult day. Essentially $200 stolen when I was compeletly vulnerable. I have stayed at this facility previously because of its close proximity to Childrens hospital but will definitely choose not to in the future. Not only a frustrating and dishonest practice but also an incredibly unkind and inhumane experience.

Cristian at front desk was so great at check in - super friendly and quick. Positive experience overall. fast responses during stay and quick to apologize for minor issue — room was very bright in morning (see pic) despite curtain closed, not sure if there should have been a second curtain behind it. Heather also seemed great. 4 stars instead of 5 only because of curtain and when I got to breakfast at 9:05 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were out of oatmeal, apple juice, and the ham/cheese croissants. Someone eventually got more of some of it once I asked but also seemed like other similar level marriotts had a little more options like muffins, hard boiled eggs, etc. Regardless I’d stay here again, most of the staff is great at hospitality and it was noticeable having recently stayed at another Marriott property where the staff wasn’t.

Definitely recommend!! Friendly staff comfy beds!
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room did smell like **** tho when we checked in. The desk gave some spray, but that was bad. Everything else was completely wonderful.

You can do better
The young gentleman that checked us in was polite and friendly. Upon checking out the female at the counter was not as friendly and seemed put out to have to do her job. All the times before our breakfast experience was great but this time wasnt. They were out of hot food and had to wait several minutes for more food. When it came out the bacon was cold and not as advertised for that day and food help was also not friendly

Won’t stay again if I can help it.
Don’t think I’ll be staying at this location again if I can help it. First, there was the approximately 1 hour wait for a disabled accessible room within the check in window. Secondly, the AC unit was loud and noisy resulting in a not-so-restful night at all. Could have simply called to request a new room; however, given the wait encountered for a disabled accessible room the confidence in getting a new disabled accessible room was not high. One positive was the associate, Blair, who attempted to soothe the delay in getting into the paid-for-in-advance disabled access room.

Everything was as expected for a hotel of this caliber. However, it was quite surprising to find the laundry room completely out of service. All three washers were there—none of them working.
