Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. One person checking people in while other workers came and went from behind the desk. Outdated hotel.

The accommodations were a big disappointment based on stays at other Crowne Plaza hotels. A handicapped person, traveling alone, would have difficulty getting up the long carpeted ramps to the unreliable elevators. They don't have rooms with roll-in showers and a king or 2 queens so we had to stay in a room with a bathtub. My spouse is paraplegic and couldn't reach the shower controls or soap dishes from the built in bath bench. Toiletries were not replenished without a specific request. The "wheelchair accessible" room was small and hard to navigate. We had requested a refrigerator, for medical reasons, during the reservation process and follow-up before arrival. We didn't receive it until the 5th day of our 8 day stay. Their restaurant prices were quite high; however there were several others within walking distance.

Unprepared for a large number of guests. Not enough shuttles/shuttle space to accommodate the number of guests to and from the airport. Many room reservation mistakes including mine. My reservation for another trip was canceled inadvertently when I booked this trip. Thank goodness I received a cancelation email to notify me of the mistake. Front desk staff seemed unconcerned with the various issues that arose for their customers. My room was nice and it was cleaned daily (I heard some were not). I was glad to have a window since some rooms open up to the lobby. I will say the gym was AWESOME for a hotel gym!

The ONLY thing I don't like about hotel is that their television sets do not have HDMI inputs..many people travel with laptops so obviously that's a problem. Restaurant food is good and also customer service. At least provide adapters for TV's

We verbleven in het Crowne Plaza op 30 augustus. We boekten via hotwire.com. De lobby was leuk, maar het ging bergafwaarts vanaf daar. Het tapijt in de lobby bij de liften en op de 2e verdieping waar we verbleven was versleten en hobbelig wat een struikel gevaar is voor alle gasten. De eerste kamer die we kregen rook naar schoonmaakmiddelen en een vaag vleugje rook. De t****e kamer rook naar sigaren. De derde had ook een voortslepende rookgeur. De vierde kamer was over het algemeen prima. Na een tijdje, konden we kleine rook resten ruiken. De badkamer onderdelen zijn gerenoveerd maar de vloer niet. Het behang in de kamer zag eruit alsof het er in de jaren 70 was opgehangen. Terwijl we verzekerd werden dat roken al meerdere jaren niet is toegestaan in de kamers, is de geur een kwestie die moet worden aangepakt. Om 3 keer te moeten bellen naar de lobby om een kamer te krijgen die aanvaardbaar was en het wachten op elke medewerker om ons te helpen was frustrerend en teleurstellend.

Für einen kurzen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Denver habe ich hier alles was ich brauche im Hotel und im direkten Umfeld. Dieses Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Große Zimmer und alles ist sehr sauber.

I reserved a parking space here because it said that it was 2.5 miles away from the airport and had shuttle access, only for me to ARRIVE and realize that it’s over triple the distance, and they don’t have a shuttle service to the airport! So I had to pay for an Uber, which was $20 both ways. So it almost tripled the price of the stay because of “not updating the third party service.” If you’re taking my money, you should be able to update something that is one of the main reasons people park here! Absolutely do not spend your money here, go somewhere else.
