A peaceful place to stay. Cozy basement with separate garage entrance. Everything is new and necessary to offer our guests a pleasant stay. Full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a brand new queen size bed, 2 TV's, 1 full bathroom And one half restroom. TV entertainment room with sofa bed for 2. Washer and dryer, AC/heating and variety of channels. Close to the highway, airport, downtown, Medical campuses, mountains, shopping centers and excellent restaurants. The space The entrance is through the garage. It is an independent basement equipped with all the comforts so that our guests feel at home with full size washer and dryer, 1 full bathroom with walk in shower, full kitchen , dishes, a set of wine glasses, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee machine, TV room with a sofa bed for 2 and board games. Bedroom with a Brand new Queen size bed, full closet with blankets, steam iron. Street parking with plenty of space, AC , heating , wifi and a variety of channels. Guest access Access is through the garage , I will provide garage code upon arrival. There is an independent door that requires a key.
