Residence Inn Denver Aurora

One of my faves This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The suite was perfectly arranged for maximum use and relaxation. The brekkie was fantastic and everyone was incredibly warm to us.

Comfortable and clean! Amazing place overall! Amazing staff, very clean, great quick breakfast. My only complaint would be the shower. Very hot but light pressure even playing with the head. And it’s an open glass wall shower so very breezy and chilly! Overall great stay though! Would recommend and stay again!

New hotel right off I-225 We liked the location of this hotel. The newness was also nice, in the fact that there was multiple outlets to plug in devices. We also like to apartment sized refrigerator. A couple of things we didn't like, was how slippery the bathtub was. So, maybe a bath mat would be nice in rooms. Also, not having grab bars to get out of the slippery bathtub. All in all a very nice hotel.

The Fast Closing Elevator Doors The check-in experience was excellent, staff was wonderful! However, my family and I incurred an incident that lead to my elderly mother being hurt - the elevator door closed too soon and slammed into her with a tremendous force, the impact caused her awful pain, but no visible injuries currently. Management was made aware of the incident the next morning as it happened late night. Manager Rick diminished the account by explaining how an elevator works, and how this has never happened - but it did. I asked him to check the cameras to verify, as he should be aware of the problem just to avoid further damage and injuries to someone else. He then realized that perhaps I was correct, then asked about her situation and offered hospitalizations. The offer was declined; however, no additional consideration was made, discounted price, voucher for another stay etc. As a conglomerate company/business he should have came up with a solution to comp for her episode and encountered with the fast closing/contact with the elevator doors as it needed to be adjusted to close at a slower pace. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very nice stay, rooms very nice and clean. New & comfortable. Staff was just great and so was the breakfast.
