After their website double-booked me, the customer service told me that only the front desk could cancel the extra booking and that it was at their discretion. When I talked to the front desk, they told me that if I did not use at least one of the bookings, they would charge a cancellation fee. Ok, that's reasonable. When I actually showed up at the hotel, they told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee for cancelling either booking. I told them that of course I was not paying a cancellation fee. At this point, the scammer scum employee that runs this hotel told me to leave. They haven't charged me anything yet, and I locked my credit card. I will report it as fraud if they do. Do not stay here.

Bad customer service. We Ask for our money back because the hotel was unsafe and the guest were smoking **** in the premisas. We were asked to contacto Orbitz where we reserved the room.
They asked for a credito card to be on hold in case of am incidente. The person I reserve for was not able to status there for the same reason and we were charce one day.

This is not a hotel for a vacation. This hotel is for when you lose a bet or doubled dared.
There is nothing good to say. Stove didn't work, bed was horrifically uncomfortable. I think the sheets were of 10 thread count. Room was dirty! If youre on vacation.. don't stay here

Pretty Ghetto
The beds where very uncomfortable, also two men tried to abduct my wife on to the 2nd floor from the elevator while I was away from her. We stayed in room 339.

Good resting place
Great place to stay, check in was made easy, even for our afterhours check-in, Building, Lot and area felt clean and safe. Great rate and easy access from Highway

Ok for price
Staff was nice, they clean your room only 2 times a months, we where there for a 2 week stat and never came to clean, you need to go to the front desk to get your towels exchanged for new ones, and dont forget check out is at 11am, if your late 30mins is $25 fee and if you later 1hr is $50 fee and anything after that is the full security deposit.... other than that safe place and people are nice

The room was not as pictured in the website! The room was not cleaned and smelled of insecticide. The staff was very rude when we informed them off such findings. She said she was leaving at 6 and there will be no one there till Monday and this was Saturday. The property has no security and with questionable people wondering around. The only good thing shoot this place was that I informed ******* and they made the hotel staff refund our payment but we had to actually look around for other accommodations. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are really desperate. PLEASE UPDATE THE PICTURES OF THE ROOM ON YOUR SITE!!
