Nous avons pu passer un excellent séjour dans cette résidence. Nous n'avons rien à redire, la propreté des appartements est parfaite, la décoration de très bon goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. L'accueil est à la hauteur du prestige de la résidence, avec une équipe de très bon conseils, surtout après de fortes chutes de neige !!

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine pendant les vacances d’hiver. Dans les points positifs ; l’emplacement idéal accessible au centre de la station en moins de 10mn à pieds ou avec navette gratuite, le parking confortable, la piscine, le côté premium de la résidence, la décoration qui est équilibré entre moderne et chaleureuse, la gentillesse du personnel Dans les points négatifs ; les lits qui n’étaient pas faits à l’arrivée comme cela était indiqué dans la réservation, le kit d’entretien qui est tellement ridicule que le mieux c’est de ne pas le mettre (1 chifonnette, 1 seule pastille de lave vaisselle, 1 échantillon de liquide de nettoyage). Franchement ce n’est pas très sérieux pour une résidence de ce standing. À noter également qu’il fait une chaleur horrible la nuit dans les chambres même chauffage coupé (nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes), la vaisselle était très sale et nous avions des draps avec des taches de sang… Bref une très belle résidence mais quelques point d’amélioration pour être en ligne avec le standing annoncé

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal absolutamente increíble nos hizo sentir como en casa. Los apartamentos son nuevos y muy bien equipados. Hay suficientes plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas para todos los huéspedes. Definitivamente lo recomendaremos y volveremos con mucho gusto.

Excellent staff - super friendly and helpful (they even helped to fix our car that wouldn’t start). Nice premises - loved the eucalyptus steam sauna and the kids had great fun in the pool. Close to the lift - possible to ski down from the side of the hotel. Nice, clean apartment. Well equipped kitchenette. Great view from the large balcony where we enjoyed our own private after ski sessions. Auron is cosy and nice and the ski area is perfect for 3-4 days of skiing.

tres bon séjour dans cette nouvelle résidence. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue depuis l'appartement spacieux. Nous avons découvert Auron hors vacances scolaires et les balades en raquettes. le raccourci qui conduit à la station n'est encore pas vraiment aménagé, mais reste praticable à pied.

The staff had zero communication between themselves. We had booked with breakfast included, yet when asked on the first day where breakfast was served, we were told they would be too busy in the morning, and to come down at 10am. We arrived at 10am and breakfast had been put away as it's served 7am-10am! As there were no robes or slippers in the rooms, you had to go to the Spa in your own clothes, taking the one small towel from your bathroom as they were not provided in the Spa. With no lockers working in the changing rooms, you then had to carry your personal belongings into the pool and sauna areas. On our last evening the one toilet in the apartment wouldn't stop flushing. So we complained and was told there was nothing they could do. So 5 of us had to use the main reception toilet overnight. When we complained again in the morning, the reception staff had no knowledge of this issue. The toilet was fixed, only to break the next time it was flushed. Lastly we were not told the hotel was a 15minute walk up a very steep hill from the main centre of town and ski lifts.

Résidence très bien équipée, bien située, bon accueil ! La literie est top, de même que l'équipement électroménager. Très jolie piscine. La station a un très beau domaine, on peut le parcourir totalement avec des pistes bleues ou rouges, au choix.

Really nice hotel but glad we had a car as it’s a bit of a walk from the gondola. Pillows were crap but other than that is was great. Nice kitchen and amenities too
