While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

Property was on the road so it was easy to find the property. There were good veg restaurants and a famous non-veg restaurant lokseva for someone want to explore food other the in-house restaurant. Rooms looked clean but lack deep cleaning as the shower curtains had dust the corner of the bathroom looked dirty. The food of the inhouse restaurant were costly and tasted average. My suggestion if you are travel-ling alone please look for food options outside the hotel. The staff was very good and cooperative. Still for the price they charge my stay was not worthy.

The room is slightly bigger, but the facilities are average. The food is OK, and the surrounding environment is also OK. The price is a bit high. If the price is the same, I would rather choose the one I stayed in before.
