The staff was very sensitive and caring towards the needs of my parents. The breakfast was not ready until almost 8:30am which at times made it difficult to plan the day well but it was always delicious and served with a smile.

Rooms cleanliness is just average. You can see dust almost in everything inside room. No proper parking space. The breakfast was good with lot of options. Located in city centre.

The Staff are very courteous the owner even more,very kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our standard room to a superior deluxe, when the air con in the previous room was not working,would highly recommend

I had booked this hotel directly by talking to manager Mr Nilesh who was very cooperative and pro, done the booking and assured no issues at check in as we we were checking in early morning. Upon arrival check in was immediate and room was ready. Liked room size, cleanliness, attitude of staff very much. Even rooftop restaurant staff were nice and polite and shown customer service approach by preparing breakfast really fast for us before their usual breakfast start time.

Location: average, food needs improvement and hotel restaurant is working only for limited hours in the evening & morning. Amneties: poor house keeping due to untrained staff. Hotel room fridge not working and morever room was not given as per my booking. I booked costliest royal gem room with more than 424 sq feet area & wooden finish but i was initially allotted small room with poor ambience and after lot of arguments and waiting for 45 mints, slightly better room was given
