Location: average, food needs improvement and hotel restaurant is working only for limited hours in the evening & morning. Amneties: poor house keeping due to untrained staff. Hotel room fridge not working and morever room was not given as per my booking. I booked costliest royal gem room with more than 424 sq feet area & wooden finish but i was initially allotted small room with poor ambience and after lot of arguments and waiting for 45 mints, slightly better room was given

It was a very bad experience there was a lot of difference between photos & reality a bad smelling washroom broken tab dirty bedsheet used pillow cover in my opinion not even a 0 rating

Booked this for our year end vacation plan in dec-2024. Pros. 1. Room size is good and beds are comfortable for family of three. Cons:
1. There is not tea maker in the room. 2. There was no toiletries provided, when asked provided 3 clinic plus 1 rupee sachets and two packs of some soap. 3. Rooms were never cleaned during our stay for 4 nights and 3 days. 4. Breakfast has very limited options and it runs our soon if more than 5 guests are eating. They are very slow in refilling. When asked we learn t that there is only one cook. 5. Per day only one bottle of water provided beyond that its chargeable. Irrespective of how may people staying and paid extra for booking. 6. The amount of money i paid for booking is 10 time more than the service i received. 7. There is no dedicated car parking slot for the hotel. There is field in-front of the hotel where i was asked to park. This is very dusty and many strangers keep leaning and sitting on the car bonnet/hood.

average rooms with no view at all.. just some wall bad breakfast... simple example is they don't have chutney for idli or dosa or uttapam. sambhar watery. very sub standard for the amount they charge. even if one order from restaurant food is not good at all. parking of car is in public ground or adjacent building basement which is their own property. in short ok types but amount charged is quite high compared standard of rooms and food they provide
