Room was good but ac was making a noise which disturbed the sleep through out the night. Towels were of poor quality. Well built up but services not upto mark. It's not a 3star. Pols avoid misguiding others by putting a 3 star rating. It puts a credibility question mark on makemytrip as well.

No support from the staff for early check despite paying 500 plus taxes. Their demand fir early check in the hotel is more then 50 percent that is 1100 plus taxes, no cooperation from the staff, wasted almost 2 and a half hour on the reception sofa to check in.

Hotel and rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Highly satisfied and came twice.
