Hotel grandecotel is located just near the airport( 5 minutes by car. The rooms are clean and provided with all facilities. Service is good (with scope of improvement)

During covid situation, a stay at hotel grand ecotel was a safest and trustful.

I recently stayed at hotel grand ecotel in dc 22. The hotel is very close to aurangabad airport. The stay experience was very nice. Rooms are neat and tidy. Number of rooms is only 14, so staff can cater more promptly. Food options in restaurant are less than listed in menu but all the food items were freshly cooked and tasted good.

First and foremost, let me tell you guys that if you are booking an expensive room, do not be under the assumption that you would be assigned a room which would be bigger in size. The hotel does have some rooms which are bigger and the rest which are smaller. Ideally those booking the expensive one should have the bigger rooms assigned and those booking the cheaper one should be assigned the smaller ones. The management of this property does not follow this rule and simply assign any room to anyone irrespective of the price paid. I had booked an executive room (which was a higher category and expensive than the premium room) but the management happily chose to downgrade us to a smaller room. My sister was booked at the same property but at a premium room, and she was assigned a room which was much more bigger and spacious than what we were assigned and this is pretty much why i got to know the unfair practice of the hotel. So if you are booking the most expensive room, you may or may not receive the bigger room. There was no buffet breakfast and you must choose from the options that they would give you. Only one complimentary breakfast item per person, beyond which they would charge you for it. Even while charging for the extra items ordered, they were cunning enough to bill only the most expensive items and give the cheaper ones as complimentary. Going back to the amenities in the room. They do not have any hot water kettle placed. You must request for it, and if it is available, they would give you. If not, it's your bad luck. There was no mat placed outside the bathroom and we were without it for one day before they actually provided one. Think well before selecting this hotel for your stay as they really have a lot of negatives over positives.
