property is excellent, place is nice. certainly apperciated the food 😋! very testy with home made spices..liked lot. friendly staff of restaurant however front desk to see.
telephone were not working for 404 hence difficult to call for services..
yet all satisfied!! mr.sudarshan from restaurant to name who took care of us and kids very well...

It was horrible experience both in shirdi and aurangabad. Hotels were very old badly maintained. Food was terrible. Overall it was a bad experience. Never again

Very dated hotel
poor upholstery in sofas and chairs broken windows and poor furniture below average toiletries, soap, shampoo
rooms are stinking hotel needs complete revamping

The hotel had no parking space, had to park in backside on a road outside hotel compound. On asking for early breakfast the hotel told only veg sandwich, bananas available. Although just 40 mins earlier saw a family with foreigner were having english breakfast like corn flakes, cakes, bread butter, tea etc. Hotel staff did not mention about this or had courtesy to offer as part of packed breakfast. When countered they responded only sandwiches and bananas for you. Did not like this attitude when i had paid for hotel with free breakfast. The bathroom hot water wasn’t coming so had bath with cold water. Then shower wasn’t closing again wastage of water. The reception staff also did not have basic knowledge of how long is ajanta from hotel and time taken to travel. The only thing worked was that had decent sleep and we stayed less than 12 hrs. Had to leave early to beat the queue hence checked out and left. Felt that staff could have been more professional.

It was absolutely pathetic. The receptionist was arrogant and not giving attention to the issues which i was sharing. I had to twice go up n come to reception to get my key access sorted. In room, handtowel were not there. Internet was not working the food in restaurant was completely tasteless. Disappointing experience
