We requested for a wheelchair multiple times but staff didn’t pay attention. Staff attitude is little disappointing. Not a friendly hotel for people with disability

The food was outstanding! Traditional naan qualiya was above all expectations. The chef Rawatand his team Shyam and Pawan Kumar are extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and nice. Will come back again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at the medical event (GI-Vision 2024) held on 19th & 20th Oct at Welcomhotel Rama International. It's wonderful to express that the service, cleanliness, and food quality was in line with our expectations. Positive interactions with hotel staff can really enhance an event. Very well located, well maintained, nice Lawns, Very good Staff. Best costumer services and excellent value for money. Overall Very good experience & highly recommendable. The food was average. The concierge took too much time to fetch the vehicle. There was poor help to manage with the luggage which i had to carry myself.

Location: ideal in central city
room: comfortable and spacious although not great view
service: top notch. How can be they so polite and caring all the time
food: decent. Not the best in town but definitely worth enjoying recommended if you are looking comfortable and great hospitality

It was pretty good experience Staff was very kind & hotel is very luxurious. Infrastructure was pretty good, rooms are well maintained its very comfortable and the service was excellent the dining options are good as well as food was excellent too
