Our stay was very comfortable. Landscape Garden is quite a feast for eyes.Rajnish at Latitude restaurant took good care of us. Manager at Latitude was polite and courteous! Thanks for making our stay memorable! Overall stay was very memorable.

Dinning tables were dirty. Service very poor. No napkins, no water served inspite of repeatedly asking. Manager clifen was arrogant made us wait for bills for 15 mins even though bills were btc.

Hotel staff was attentive and caring and make the place feel like home. So many staff were outstanding, from the hotel manager, Kishore, to the welcome leader, Vaishnavi, to the restaurant manager and pool attendant. The food is excellent and the restaurant staff were eager to make accomodations to meet my needs.

Room are clean, but furnishing looks old and it is definitely not heritage property. Walk way with the property boundary on the side of restaurants was not clean. We took dinner at Restaurant 'Latitude'. On the first day, food was not warm. Quality was not excellent. Specially potato used was of lesser quality. I spoke to manager and Chef. They said and promise athe improvement. On the next day morning, in breakfast potato used was of excellent quality. Chef told that he had got potatos segregated and used the best one. I apprecitea the effort but such quality mix is not expected. On third day, the food was excellent . all thanks to Chef Mr Sainath rathod. Aptitude of Staff is good . on the whole, easonably good if name Taj is not added. I expect more from Taj.

We found the hotel comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious, with a lovely balcony with a view over the gardens. We had the BBQ dinner outside two nights and it was amazingly good. The staff in the restaurants were so pleasant and helpful too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Iam writing this review regarding the functions of sister’s engagement which held in Nov 2024 at your place. Firstly I really want to appreciate the staff , hospitality and well maintained property needs a real huge applause .. Mr Gautam sir , Mr Deepak Sir both were so co-operative each and every time … Food was very tasty and amazingly arranged during the functions… Our guest who came from all the way from Delhi were equally happy by the overall experience of Taj at Aurangabad… Thank u so much…

PROs To start with the hospitality that Taj is famous for – this property truly excels at it! 🌟 The staff were warm, welcoming, and ensured comfort right from the moment we arrived. 🤗 The breakfast buffet was delightful 🍳🥐, offering a wide variety of options with a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisines. 🌍🍛 CONs The infrastructure is far from Taj standards. 🏚️ The room felt like a mediocre 3-star hotel, with outdated furniture, faucets, and overall design. 🪑🚿 It’s high time for some CAPEX investment to upgrade the rooms and match the Taj brand. 🛠️ OVERALL STAY: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)
