I don’t generally give reviews, but this time I felt like I finally found an end to exploring different hotels during my visits to IXU, so here’s one from my end.
Stayed at Ira Hotel recently and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, water pressure was just right, and in-room service was prompt and polite. The staff were courteous and professional, which made the overall stay smooth.
The highlight for me was the restaurant on the 5th floor, it has an open-to-sky feel (covered in glass) and serves good food in a relaxed setting. It really added to the experience.
Feels like I’ve found a go-to hotel for my future trips to IXU.
A small note, the water in the bathroom could have been a bit more warmer.

Worst stat ever in any hotel till now. Worst services. Very rude behaviour of receptionist. Arrogant talk with customer. No respect regarding customer. Made me wait for long time just for chkin. Made my guest awkward infront of everyone by asking personal questions. Terrible experience

Yes, hotel was very good. Breakfast was not included so felt a little bit hassel. Otherwise good experience.
