The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

It was a nice cottage and a comfortable stay. However, they provided only small soap cake and shampoo in toiletries. No hot water in the wash basin. No locked cupboard and fridge. Staff was cooperative and helpful. It has a marriage garden thus lot of crowd was there. It is on kachha road for 800 meters.
