The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

Awesome Hotel, good vibes, kind workers, great Lassi, fast laundry service, a bellboy Sachin did beautiful towel art every day and it made my days will visit again.

Great staff! great property! ample parking space! great food, both breakfast and dinner! overall a decent, good quality stay!

My wife and i visited ellora for a religious visit. The eh r provided a warm reception, wonderful ambience, helpful staff that exceeded expectations making our stay a wonderful one. A small input for future travellers is that all food served is purely vegetarian only. But that is not a limitation.

To be honest I paid a sum of around ₹1100 for the room. Being a business traveller you need just two things to be good i.e. Bed and toilet and I found these two upto the mark. Considering other amenities like Ac, Tv etc it ismt required much. There was tv(old dabba tv). But I spent the night well there. Recommended.
