ママグーAurangabad Airport is 900m away, less than 5 minutes by taxi. (As an aside, I managed to bargain down to 100 pesos, but they will happily ask for 500 or 1000, so make sure to negotiate a reasonable price). The hotel was of high quality and I was satisfied with everything, including the location, facilities, service, staff, and breakfast. However, there was an event hall next door, and they played high-pitched music from Sunday evening, and the sound hit the hotel building like a wave gun, making it impossible to relax. Therefore, I moved to a room on the other side. I was very satisfied with the hotel itself, but moving rooms due to external factors was stressful. If you are concerned about noise when staying there, be careful of the building location of your room. The restaurant had so much variety and was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all.

GGuest UserThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

hotel is clean and conveniently located
they send a shuttle for pick up but not drop off to the airport. Excellent breakfast good dinner food ( pricier than local options. However it is very convenient to eat at the hotel)
restaurant junior staff is very nice, courteous and professional
the hotel is well maintained room amenities are comfortable and adequate (no frills, but above average than other local hotels. Sheets, linens, bed etc are clean and comfortable. Cons:
front desk staff needs serious training in customer service and etiquette. Demeanor is passive aggressive, and can be very off putting. Particularly the staff in the mornings. There were electric failures multiple times in 24 hours. Noisy repair work during the day. Rooms are not sound proof. One can hear people in the hallway and in the next room.
