The Aurach may appear to be badly placed for skiing, but in reality its the tops. I like the way the staff remain the same from year to year. A bus is needed to get to the ski slopes, but this is good as it ensures all are ready at a certain time. Miss the bus and you may gave an hour to wait.

Fantastic staff , very attentive. Had been concerned about it being slightly outside Kitzbuhel, but it literally is just outside . Lovely area .Food was good and rooms were very clean and serviced every day . Open fire and drinks after skiing was a daily ritual that we loved .

We spent a week at Hotel Aurach, Kitzbuehel, which proved an excellent location for the skiing. It's only 10 minutes bus ride from the main gondola. The food was good, particularly the buffet breakfast. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The open fire area is just wonderful to relax with a beer in the evening!

This is the perfect hotel to base your weeks skiing in Kitzbuhel. The hotel is extremely clean, relaxed, cosy and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is brilliant and perfect to fuel and refuel before and after a good day on the slopes. There is a ski bus stop 5 minutes walk away providing easy access to the whole ski area. The ski and boot room is ideal and the hotel is set up brilliantly for skiers. Thank you for a great stay and we will are def thinking of coming back next year!

My first visit to the Kitzbuhel area for a week ski trip and we stayed at the Hotel Aurach . I have stayed in many chalets and hotels but I have to say for cleanliness, helpfulness and all round great experience this place is right up there. We arrived later than expected but Andreas and his brilliant staff made sure we still had a hot meal. The bar area is great and we were never kept waiting , we were greeted with a smile every time. I would return to this lovely Hotel in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel just outside Kitzbuhel. Small and friendly, staff very helpful and accommodating. Has a cosy open fire lounge which was great when you came in from days ski-ing for a gluwien or jagertea! Although situated out of town there are regular buses and taxis available. There is a lovely river walk which takes just under an hour from hotel to centre of town. Continental breakfast buffet, 2 choice dinner menu served promptly between 7-8! Fantastic view from front of hotel terrace re photo. Would defo stay here again.

Would recommend a stay at hotel Aurach for your ski holiday. It is a lovely family run hotel situated between Kitzbuhel and Jochburg with ski bus running in each directions. Spotlessly clean and tidy through out with lovely log fire for apres ski. Sauna a great success too. Food well good and plentiful with all plates returning empty♥️

I like it. Nothing seems to change, which is good. Beer is reasonable and I even like the requirement to catch the ski bus at 8:40, as it stops lazy behaviour. Third time I have stayed. Food is good with plenty to eat at breakfast whilst washing it down with copious quantities of tea.

We stayed at the Hotel 28/01/2022 to 5/02/2022 and were pleasantly surprised how good it was, it is just outside Kitzbuhel and you need to get a ski bus or taxi to the Hannankam Bhan. Taxi is 15€ when split between 4 is not that expensive, ski bus no more than 5 mins walk. The food was very good and service excellent. There was a great open fire every night where a lot of fellow guests gathered for a drink and as it was mainly skiers everyone was very friendly and chatty. It was half the price of the more expensive hotels in Kitzbuhel and great value. Would definitely stay there again. Iain and Linda from Scotland
