Based of reviews i Expected that this place will be clean and nice . Rooms had an unpleasant smell and visible stains on the carpet. We got bloody sheets and water was not draining in the bathtub :( Stay way from this place !!!!!!!!!!

My grandfather was in the hospital on the base, so this hotel was an economical and close option for visiting with him. The building seems to be in need of refurbishment, so I can't give it 5 stars (although it was clean and nice just needs a little TLC). However, DJ (one of the managers who was working the two evenings my family and I stayed at the hotel) was AMAZING. He took care of whatever we needed (including showing us how the TVs worked) and was always pleasant. Great customer service!!

Took forever to check in. Hotel needs updating. Nobody attending breakfast foods. Ran out of bacon and nobody there to replenish. Items. Juice machine completely $1 for Richmond transportation fee?????
