The staff on duty at the counter is only until 10pm. If the time is exceeded, you can only contact with an emergency phone, which is relatively not very convenient. I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked

The hotel is relatively clean, the room is small, and it is a family room with a baby bed. It is about 20-30 minutes walk from the scenic spot. Free parking is available in the hotel yard, which is great👍 The breakfast is OK, and it has everything you need, including a coffee machine, several kinds of sausages, cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh and delicious bread. The cups and plates are hot and clean👍 There are many people at breakfast. The lobby is quite warm and the service is OK. The wash basin in the bathroom is awkward. It is so high that you can only wash your hands, face and mouth, and the water flows back.
