We have five types of units, catered to one to six people in any one room. All new refurbishment completed recently and awarded 4 star plus rating by Qualmark New Zealand.
We have two separate buildings cater for various needs. Spacious and modern rooms all having air-conditioning, cooking facility, tiled bathrooms, LCD TV, free sky digital channels and free high speed Internet access in each room. On-site facilities include restaurant/cafe, two high standard conference rooms, BBQ and plenty of free parking area. We were greeted with friendly vibes by the receptionist, Mr Chen. The check-in process was swift and instructions to the room were clear. The room was spotless and had a spacious bathroom. I am not a big fan of ginger so I didn't really like the smell of their ginger handwash, shower gel and shampoo. To note that there was no shower rack for us to place our own shower items.

Staff at the reception was very friendly, accommodating and full of smiles. Room was spotless and well maintained. Hotel location is very conveniently situated and Newmarket mall is just nearby for shopping and eat outs. Would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone.
