The location is excellent, the Sky Tower is just outside, and there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls around.
There is no parking space in front of the door, and you need to go downhill for dozens of meters to find two or three parking spaces, which is a bit inconvenient to get luggage in and out.

We spent 3 nights at the Hotel President at check in at 2pm they told us that the room that was assigned to us was not yet ready at our insistence the manager decides to suggest that we wait another 40 minutes to have the room or he must give us another of the same type but on a lower floor we accept the change. Another problem was the daily cleaning which by admission of the front office staff is done every 3 days and so it was we only got the towels changed having to ask for them several times ..... for the rest sufficient breakfast and perfect location
