Fantastic location next to the viaduct area with its many restaurants, fish market, ferry terminal etc. Very clean and nice rooms. Very friendly staff. I would would go back any time.

Lovely boutique mid century designed hotel. Great location walk out front doors, and the viaduct is across the road. Parking available on site. Very clean and great service.

The location is very close to the pier, just a few steps away, but don't expect to see the sea from the room, as the hotel building is facing the sea. Safe, you need to swipe your card to enter the building and the elevator. There is a capsule coffee machine. There are two beverage coupons when you check in. The housekeeper service is enthusiastic. The breakfast is large and of good quality. The service staff is very serious about cleaning! The cups brought were still hot, indicating that they were machine-washed, which is very reassuring.
Disadvantages: The toilet and bathroom share the exhaust, but the exhaust is automatic and cannot be directly controlled. It only responds to moisture, which is a bit embarrassing
The room is equipped with a master control pad, but it cannot control any equipment. This device can be removed to reduce costs, or it can be properly fixed.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across a small road is the port, and it is not far to walk to Sky Tower Queen Street; the staff is very friendly; the breakfast is simple but enough; both the room and the restaurant are very well ventilated👍

This hotel is a real gem. Comfortable, clean, modern, friendly, and a great location. It’s a short walk from many quayside restaurants and in a safe area. All of the amenities of a 5* modern boutique hotel. iPad controls in room, great set-up with showers, loo, writing desk etc - you even get a little goodie bag; biodegradable toothbrush, earbuds, make-up pads etc. Great breakfast also. Very friendly staff.

Super central , very nice helpful staff , awesome room with lots of lovely extra touches. Fabulous comfy bed and nice pillows. Really quiet and handy to the viaduct plus car parking!The bar ( complimentary drink) and breakfast area were great.
