Very miss leading. Pictures used for advertising were not. Rubbish left in hallway with dirty linen. Buffet was non existent. The meal that was provided Bake Beans and Mushrooms were cold. Parking not enough. When asked about other parking was given miss information. Was booked for 2 nights stayed 1 night. Very disappointed . My Partner very -- - - - off 😔. We will not 🚭 be staying there again and won't be recommending to anyone one. Thanks

好立地なのでアクセスは抜群ですが、上り坂が少し続きます。フロントの女性は笑顔で迎えてくれて、気持ちが良かったです！室内のエアコンは壊れており、使えませんでしたが、代わりにヒーターがあったので暖まりました。バスルームがとても綺麗でした。リンスインシャンプーとボディソープが備えてありました。隣の部屋のカップルが夜と朝に怒鳴り合いの喧嘩をしていて、声が筒抜けで怖かったです。そのせいでなかなか眠れなかったです。また、私は彼と一緒に泊まりましたが、仕事のため彼の方が先にホテルを出ました。そのあとに清掃員らしきスタッフがノックをしないで突然入ってきました。私はそのとき寝ていたので、知らない人が入ってきてとても怖かったです。このようなことが二度と起きないように、フロント側はチェックアウトの状況を共有すべきです。

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das modernste, aber es war hell, sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Verbesserungswürdig ist für mich auf jeden Fall die Lobby: sie lädt in meinen Augen nicht zum Verweilen ein und dazu riecht es sehr stark nach Essen. Im Gepäckraum stehen irgendwelche Müllbeutel des Hotels herum - das alles hinterlässt keinen positiven Eindruck, wenn man das Hotel zum ersten Mal betritt.
