Really clean and can usually check in early. Only downside was checkout was 10am. But would definitely stay again.

We went there late at night, check-in was fast, the room we were assigned had a courtyard right outside (you can open it outside), and the air conditioner was really powerful, it gave me a nosebleed late at night, isn't that powerful?
So when you check in, you should ask for a room inside the building.

I went with my baby, and it was clean, quiet, and nice. There was a two-bed room for up to two years old, and it was nice that there were many supermarkets and places to eat nearby.

Well located hotel in West Auckland, we have stayed here several times and had different rooms, all have been clean and well serviced. There is a great little gastro pub on the premises which has also given us good food and service, there are dozens of other eating options in easy walking distance. We have just signed up to their loyalty programme as we anticipate staying here again

I had to ring ahead to see if I was able to check in at 1am in the morning as I was leaving home after working the pm shift. The staff who answered the phone was patient and was told that it was no problem to do so as they have someone to man the front desk 24/7. I arrived at 1am and check in was easy. Everything was straight forward and have already been told about the $100 deposit. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check out was quick and easy too. They advised me by email to say that the deposit was returned back. Will come back to stay again.

Up on check in we were left standing waiting as the receptionist returned a call midst us checking in. We had to pay a $100 bond per room, PLUS leave a credit card for security .... we would also have been like to have been warned that there is transitional / emergency housing at the property , they were no problem but still nice to have a heads up ... I also emailed to request a price for an extra room was quoted $220, but when I looked online I could book myself for $208.. this is our regular hotel when we are in town , but will now be looking for a change
