This is my second stay. I stayed here two years ago. Some rooms have balconies facing the Sky Tower. You can take photos of the night view at night. There is also a washing machine and kitchen in the room. The facilities are complete!
The only downside is that parking is not free, but the location is in the city center, so it is convenient to go anywhere.

Strategically located in the heart of CBD. Walkable to anywhere, such as Viaduct harbour and sky tower. Thou there's a construction in front, it doesnt really affect us or dampened our stay.
The room is clean. Just that the bed n pillow abit soft for us. Water pressure n all are good.

The overall feeling is that this is a very average hotel.
The facilities are not perfect, the area inside is very small, and it is very difficult for people to get in and out after the boxes are opened and laid flat.
The road in front of the hotel is under construction, and it is not convenient to drive. The location will navigate to the alley behind, and you need to carry the boxes up several steps to get to the hotel front desk, which is a poor experience.

Facilities: The hair dryer in the hotel was broken on the first day and was replaced on the second day, but it was leaking electricity and the plug wire was broken and the handle was fuzzy.
