Good stay, we arrived late at night and had no issue checking in. The room was nice & spacious and the breakfast was above average. Overall a good place to stay if catching a flight/arriving late.

There is no Chinese service at all. The hotel has a free shuttle bus from 2200 to 0330 at night. You need to contact the hotel for airport pick-up. The hotel room is relatively small. The service attitude is ok. They are also very friendly to Chinese people. They will say hello and small talk when they see you.

The room is small and the facilities are very simple, similar to the domestic 7 Days chain. The price is not cheap and the cost performance is not high. The advantage is that there is a free airport bus to the hotel. Find the airport bus and turn left from Gate 8. Go straight ahead for about 5 minutes. There is an open-air parking lot next to it and there is a tin house.

Airport Shuttle is great (and free) runs every half an hour, make sure to book it.
Rooms are big enough, shower pressure is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Can highly recommend for a night after/ or before your flight. Area is not great (no restaurants except for the hotel one) but close to airport.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from Auckland Airport.
I chose this hotel near the airport as my check-out time was 4am the next morning.
I could have gone from Auckland, but a taxi in the middle of the night would have been quite expensive, so I'm glad I chose this hotel.
I wanted to get some sleep early so I ate at the hotel restaurant,
and told them my check-out time (they also accommodated early morning check-out). I used trip.com's airport shuttle to arrange a taxi for 4am.
If you use this service, I recommend registering for an app called whatsApp in Japan in advance.
When I went to the counter at 4am, there were other customers and the counter staff there as usual.
There weren't any small shops nearby, but I think it's enough for an overnight stay.
