The location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the Skytree.
There's a supermarket nearby, so it's very convenient.
It was quiet at night, which was nice.
However, there were times when the room wasn't cleaned even when I put up the cleaning sign, which was a bit of a problem... *Towels may not be changed unless you ask.
The free internet speed was slow...
Overall, I'm satisfied.
If I had one complaint, I'd like more frying pans and pots. There was only one small pot.

The location is very convenient, not far from the city center. The service was also very good. The room we were given was on the ground floor. Although it had windows, it was dim and had no ventilation, which resulted in poor air quality in the room.
