This hotel requires a deposit, which is a bit inconvenient. You can't stay without a deposit. The room is a bit small.

The service/reception was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning in my room (room 109) made a very loud noise so that it wasn't very relaxing being in the room, and I needed ear plugs to sleep.

Despite paying for my booking a week in advance, the hotel has the audacity to demand an additional $250 security deposit before I can receive the keys to my room. This is completely unacceptable. I arrived for important official meetings and was overwhelmed with responsibilities; otherwise, I would have canceled my reservation and chosen a more reputable place to stay. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Had a great night's stay at this hotel. I loved our room and the pool. Room was not quite perfect, but perfect for us. I would happily stay here again.
The lovely lady on the reception desk did a great job and was incredibly helpful.
