Excellent location, walking distance to Skycity for the Sky Drive bus to/fro the airport, and to eateries, car rentals and shopping, plus Albert Park. Room was spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer for laundry (detergent included). Service was prompt and helpful staff. Stayed here twice during my trip!

Nice hotel with kitchen facilities. Although we didn't eat or heat up but it's handy. Only not noise proof, can here all the noises including police siren. But I am very happy and will stay again

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in New Zealand. The service attitude was indifferent. I booked a house of 39 square meters but was given a house of 30 square meters and still kept arguing. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for helping solve the problem. This hotel has been blocked, please avoid lightning!
