環境：如果是帶孩子親子游的話，更推薦洲際，地理位置比柏悦更好一些，下樓就是皇后大街的起始點。
衞生：打掃乾淨整潔，每天會補充礦泉水。
服務：前台和餐廳都有中文服務，早餐也會有中文菜單。
酒店有電暖器提供，對於冬天的奧克蘭來説還是很有用的。

A family of four for two nights.
We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️
Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view.
Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

Very satisfactory hotel, but it seems that there is no Chinese service, and I got up too early and didn't have breakfast. There is nothing to complain about the hotel facilities. It should be the best hotel in Auckland. Of course, relatively speaking, the location is slightly inferior to the InterContinental Hotel, which is located on Queen Street in the city center.

Arrived at 1pm, checked in at nearly 4:30pm. Inefficient, but other guests got their rooms, only my room was waiting, which was ridiculous
