His attitude and service were absolutely first-class. The atmosphere made you feel like you were at home. No worries. I visited the room types and changed rooms. But the hotel also hired other Asians, such as Malaysians. It is said that our Chinese leaders are in the hotel. When checking out, I communicated with the hotel staff one day in advance to see if a late check-out could be arranged. Because all five-star hotels will have this preferential service for guests, they are very relaxed. You just need to inform them in advance. As long as there are enough rooms, there will be no problem. And a lady who communicated with me at Park Hyatt also promised to check out at 2pm. The next day, because I had something outside but didn't want to occupy more hotel rooms, I told Ctrip's hotel customer service to contact the hotel and they could directly pull down my luggage and I could just chk out when I went back. However, when I went back to the hotel, they told me that they would charge me an extra half-day fee because I didn't come back at 2pm, but at 4pm, and they had no right to take guests' luggage. All these excuses came from the so-called leaders at the Malaysian front desk, which directly blew my cognition. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels around the world. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel that has a three-star solution. Well, I won’t stand it anymore. Anyway, I won in the end. I wrote so much just to remind everyone not to be bullied by unfriendly Asians when you go out. First, they wanted to charge me at 2pm. It’s okay, but you have to call me to let me know. Without informing me, I asked Ctrip to contact them and let them know that they can chk out. They were the ones who kept saying all kinds of things and refused to move the luggage. Then they asked me to pay for half a day. Noway. So don’t panic when you encounter problems when you are out in spring. Don’t be afraid of what you need to fight for. Don’t let Asians bully us~
