Environment: If traveling with children, I recommend the InterContinental. Its location is better than the Park Hyatt, with Queen Street just downstairs.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with mineral water replenished daily.
Service: Chinese-speaking staff are available at the front desk and restaurant, and the breakfast menu is also Chinese.
The hotel provides electric heaters, which are very useful in Auckland winters.

A family of four for two nights.
We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️
Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view.
Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

Very satisfactory hotel, but it seems that there is no Chinese service, and I got up too early and didn't have breakfast. There is nothing to complain about the hotel facilities. It should be the best hotel in Auckland. Of course, relatively speaking, the location is slightly inferior to the InterContinental Hotel, which is located on Queen Street in the city center.
