This praise is not given to the boss, but to several service personnel. When I checked out on March 10, I forgot the wallet with Australian dollar cash and bank card in the room. When I went to the hotel again, my wallet was still there. In particular, I would like to thank a male young staff member who works on Sunday. I explained the situation, he took me to the room to find it, and found it. Thank you very much for this young man. Send this praise to him and other service staff. Thank you!

This hotel owner is incredibly ruthless. I stayed here for 15 days, and for some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to check out on the last few days. He wouldn't give me a single cent back. Most guests only stay for 1-2 days, but I stayed for 15 straight days, and he wouldn't give me a refund for the last few days. Mr. Boss, you can't just focus on money!

This motel will show you the stickers and awards that it has won in the past, but that was under the old management, the current management is clearly not the same.
Firstly, it explicitly states on their amenities that they provide AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE and AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. I called them from Auckland airport about my arrival and they claimed that they don't provide either services. When I made my own way to the motel and showed them this information, they insist that the details on TRIP.COM was wrong.
Secondly, the person behind the helpdesk counter is always out the door by 4:30pm, even though the sign on the door says "9AM to 7PM". You have to call a couple of numbers, if you don't have a local phone then you won't get any support.
Finally, when checking out on a Sunday morning, there was no one there at all. The motel claimed that it can't come to the helpdesk and that all guests need to drop their cards in the box and find their own way to the airport or other places.
The location is okay because it's one bus to Sylvia park shopping mall, but it's far from everything else. You will need 2 buses to get to the airport.

The room we were given has been upgraded to a modern standard. Bathroom and bed were very good.
The balcony leading to the room needs cleaning.
The low rating was the entry door was mangled and there was no safety latches nor was there a deadbolt. The room door had a gap on the bottom allowing any bugs or other small animals to enter when closed.
