This praise is not given to the boss, but to several service personnel. When I checked out on March 10, I forgot the wallet with Australian dollar cash and bank card in the room. When I went to the hotel again, my wallet was still there. In particular, I would like to thank a male young staff member who works on Sunday. I explained the situation, he took me to the room to find it, and found it. Thank you very much for this young man. Send this praise to him and other service staff. Thank you!

This hotel owner is incredibly ruthless. I stayed here for 15 days, and for some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to check out on the last few days. He wouldn't give me a single cent back. Most guests only stay for 1-2 days, but I stayed for 15 straight days, and he wouldn't give me a refund for the last few days. Mr. Boss, you can't just focus on money!

Just average Pros - good location as far as getting to Mt Smart stadium, eateries nearby (short drive). Parking onsite. Big room. Plenty of bathroom supplies. Cons - housekeeping was not very good. Dirty walls (bedroom looked like someone had spilled a coffee on the side table and splashed it all down the wall, the shower was slippery/slimy, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, someone had stuffed toilet paper around the smoke detector and obviously housekeeping don’t look up when they service the room, as hubby is a volunteer fire fighter, we had to sort that to make the room fire safe, could have asked reception to do it but they weren’t there. There was no milk in the fridge.

The window in the bathroom had no latch to close the window. I thought the room got vacuumed and beds made. Not at all. Otherwise pretty good

The room we were given has been upgraded to a modern standard. Bathroom and bed were very good.
The balcony leading to the room needs cleaning.
The low rating was the entry door was mangled and there was no safety latches nor was there a deadbolt. The room door had a gap on the bottom allowing any bugs or other small animals to enter when closed.

Great stay, definitely would consider again 😊
Great place to stay. Big space with a separate room which was good for my friend. Location is a few minutes drive from takeaway outlets, supermarket and the Panmure train station where it's a 20 min train ride into the city.

I arrived to a room where the bed wasn't made after the last guest used it. There were also dishes unwashed on the bench.
