Bed sheets hair dusty …bedding was not clean enough.

Believe the bad reviews, noisy, bad locks, good location, be weary, paid for two so stayed for two. Glad I never paid longer ahead of time. But beds were to my liking, cleanish, Needs a hotel inspector or a bulldozer but that’s too kind. Meth cooks holiday.

Disappointed to get a call demanding that we are late booking out when we still had another night prepaid for. Stayed else where for the night and still had our room key only to find the next morning that they had booked someone else into our pre-paid room. So they got paid for twice for the one room. When I called them they took no responsibility, come on Dee you no you did wrong, hurry up and refund our $1000 security bond and the nights accom that we paid for.

Booked two nights, left after two hours. Got a call from their reservation team saying they couldn't charge card. I already had been. advised I'd left & she apologise and said she'd cancel the following night. I expected to be charged the first but a refund would been great. I would have to email for that. Haven't heard back, I have noticed it mentioned, this is a non-refundable price, I get that but under these conditions I believe it's fair. However, if I can save one person from staying there, that's payment enough.

One star is too many. Obviously had “guests” staying there that were courtesy on the government. Booked for two nights but only stayed one. Room, mattress and pillows stunk of smoke. Couch was torn. TV was broken. Smoke alarm missing. Guy in reception was more interested in his Skype call than dealing with guests - should be fired. My advice is don’t even think about it and if you have a booking cancel it now.

Good location, expected it to be a dive based on recent reviews. However was pretty clean some odd marks and stains: Bedding was clean, bed and pillow comfortable and it was very quiet. Rooms quite hot at night without aircon however a fan was provided which helped. Stayed 2 nights, would have liked clean towels. Only met one guy at check in who was ok. The phone booking service was terrible and really let’s the place down. Overall better than expected and would go again, we stayed in room 1

Fabulous modern 2 bed apartment very clean with everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds fantastic walk-in shower ! Plenty of complimentary tea:coffees and toiletries We were given very warm welcome from proprietors would definitely recommend 🤩

Stayed in two rooms over 10 days, a studio and then a 2 bedroom unit with friends. Bed was rock hard. Kitchen sink had no plug. Hot water out of the tap in the first unit was near boiling. Sheets were stained. Towels were torn. Room was never cleaned. Didnt restock supplies or change towels some days - we had left our towels on the floor as requested. Ran out of toilet paper, tea, coffee, soap, dish washing liquid.. TV didnt work properly. There is no reception desk, just a phone number to call. Spa pool was empty. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Large holes/dents in the doors and walls. Appeared to be mainly emergency housing.
