Delux room is perfect, staffs are cooperative, decent environment, highly recommended. Positive points pick/drop services are available. Suggestions: try to check the room as queen room have shower tap issues ,small issues but hopefully solve it; also provide water , spoons in each room. Overall rate 5/5.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were exceptionally amazing, property is a bit dated (and pool has now been filled in). Walls were pretty thin. Can’t rate the helpful staff highly enough though! Room was clean.

This hotel is a great value choice if you're arriving in Auckland and want to establish a base. My sister and I stayed there on 10th-11th July as I had made the reservation because of the hotels proximity to Auckland Airports and to Snap Rentals, a car hire company (very good) I have used before in NZ. We called the hotel reception and shortly afterwards they collected us (Exit door 9) in a minibus. Our transfer to our hotel took about 12 minutes. Check-in was quick, our room was very clean, en-suite, the beds were comfortable and we had a fridge and usual toiletry accessories. Food and beverages were still available (at 23.20hrs) from the bar. We both slept well and the next morning, a transfer service was available back to the airport to very near the car hire business location, but the driver very kindly took me directly to Snap Rentals, and I returned to the hotel which has easily accessible ample free parking to collect my sister. As the hotel had been so good, fantastic value and the staff had been so helpful, I decided to re-book for 15th-16th July for the night before our return flight to the UK. Once again, a great value price with the helpful service as on our previous visit. My sister ordered some food on this occasion - and it was very good and again, great value. Don't be put off by the remarkably keen prices, this is a great little hotel with more to offer than we had time to enjoy (swimming pool etc). I'd highly recommend it.

Good clean place to get cleaned and rest

Recommended place to stay if you are going to the airport with good shuttle service provided by the hotel 😊.

All good for an overnight stay to get to the plane station the next day. Free airport transfer was great even though I got in late. Went for a run in the local area which was interesting enough and with a bike would be able to get further to explore...

Close to airport, a hassle by multiple transport to get into the city, there is no functional pool and this is why I booked this motel. There is no air conditioning, you get a fan and heater in the room, good if you have a car, lots of free secure parking. The motel offered free shuttle to and from airport which was great

A very basic hotel however it I'd very handy for car parking and shuttle to airport. The shuttle service is well organised. Room itself basic and cleanliness average but you get what you pay for. We have stayed twice when catching early flights and would stay again.

First time I stayed a few years back it was really poor but this time it was much better. It is close to the airport and the girl from Timaru who did my pick up was awesome.

Nothing around the hotel but it's good to have a shuttle hotel and airport.
