The bed had hair on it before it was used. I asked the front desk to change the sheets, but at first they said no one was changing them, and then the front desk asked a waiter to come and change them. The surrounding area is not very clean, with a lot of garbage.

The room is spacious but a bit cold. It would be better if the air conditioner could be used. The window is a bit drafty. There is a Chinese snack bar nearby that can solve the problem of food and clothing, but it is not fresh enough. People with a bad stomach should be careful when eating!

Well done. Exceedingly well trained staff. From the moment of checking in, fantastic restaurant service, great breakfast, convenient parking. A special mention to the reception staff, wonderful attentive service, including checking in with us in our room on the second day that all was well with our stay. Well done!

We spent the night here after arriving in Auckland. Clean, well-equipped, varied and good breakfast buffet. All in a modern and well-kept atmosphere. There are a few other simple restaurants and an amusement park in the area, and the complex is designed to be car-friendly. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The dinner was also good and not expensive at all. We had the burgers with the red house wine (there would have been beer too), the children had lamb tacos and fries. We can confidently recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation near the airport, and we would book it again ourselves.
