Lovely and clean. A really nice room with everything we need in a fantastic location on Ponsonby Road just 5 minutes walk from Ponsonby Central. We got the room at a great price and reception was friendly and helpful. On-site parking available.

Entrance was 6 inches deep in water after rain, could not get to accom without walking through this. Needs to clear drains to drain water away.

I was pleasantly surprised how great the apartment was 116. It was extremely clean and spacious. The bedroom was separate and the bathroom was large. Having read some very bad reviews I felt that should review and say how much we enjoyed our stay. The car parking was excellent.

Located in a fantastic spot - right in the heart of Ponsonby and surrounded by fabulous cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. My apartment was spacious, sunny and very clean. But the highlight of my stay was Jake who welcomed me with a big smile on the front desk at reception. Super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me.

The location is the only good thing about this stay.
Property was under going painting inside. We werent told. The whole place smelt so bad of incense sticks, they are obviously trying to cover up the paint smell and the damp smell. Room was old, washing machine and dryer didn't work. Plug fittings falling off the wall. Just over all not happy with this stay
