Lightning avoidance, it is not recommended to stay in ordinary rooms, the service and facilities are poor. The air conditioner in the room is faulty and noisy, and the balcony door is not closed tightly. There is serious air leakage and noise in winter. Even on the 3rd floor, I heard the alarm all night. The hotel is very poorly hygienic and the facilities are very old. The cabinets, tables, and wardrobes are all damaged and old. The room is also very small, with basically no space. There are hairs on the face towel in the bathroom, unknown marks on the cups, strange debris on the floor, and the toilet is also very old. There is even an opened letter from a previous guest on the floor of the room. The hotel service attitude and efficiency are relatively poor. There was no way to stay on the first day because of the air conditioning problem. The front desk staff could not provide a suitable solution, so the guests had to make do with one night. Even after communication with Ctrip, they refused to check out on the second night. Only with the help of Ctrip did I change to a satisfactory room the next day. Overall, it was a very torturous experience, resulting in only two hours of sleep. We booked this hotel so that it would be close to the stadium for the concert, but it's actually not that close, and there aren't any commercial facilities around. It's hard to even buy a bottle of water, and you have to climb a hill to get anywhere, which is at least 1km up and down.
