The hotel is in a good location, very close to the pier and the central railway station. There is a building next to it with restaurants, similar to a food court. The hotel restaurant is on the second floor and you can go straight through without having to blow the wind.

The location is good, with Queens Street just outside and the food court downstairs, and good restaurants all around. However, the downsides are also obvious: the hotel, renovated in 2024, doesn't look new. The air conditioning wasn't working well and had a 25-degree ceiling. The TV kept turning on for no apparent reason, causing a night of confusion.

Great location and the rooms are very new. The check in area is a bit confusing though as it is small and looks like it is the front desk of the restaurant it is in front of. The sound proofing isn't great though as you can hear people opening doors down the corridor and also people screaming from the bars below
