Don't expect too much from this InterContinental, it's the worst InterContinental hotel I've ever stayed in. The soundproofing in the guest rooms is poor, and you can hear street singing late at night. The guest rooms are small, and you have to pull out the TV to watch. If you forget to put it back, you will bump into people when you get up at night. The hotel is located next to a pedestrian square, and the traffic is jammed all around. In terms of service, except for the restaurant service that meets the standards, other departments are really speechless. They will not take the initiative to solve the problem, but push it to others.
It is recommended not to choose the meal and accommodation package, it is really not worth it. They give you the cheapest dinner package, and the so-called buffet breakfast is actually only bread buffet.
I really don't know how Ctrip gave it the No.2 luxury hotel in Auckland. I will never choose it again.

I was really impressed by the hotel, even though I have been working and staying in beautiful hotels for years as a digital nomad.
