Good location, clean and quiet environment. But there is no coffee in the room. Generally we had a good rest. Thank you.

Was a good stay. Fair for the price.
Best part was the easy late check in and key lock box ect.
Amenities were slightly underwhelming as it had plates bowls cutlery ect but no place to wash them, also could do with a decent size bin considering you need to eat take out.
Other than that it was a clean tidy room with plenty of space and place to put luggage. New towels everyday ect which is a nice to have.

The outer gate being locked during business hours made it difficult for foreign guests without local phones to contact staff. Would suggest leaving that open and allowing guests to wait in the lobby. The window in our bathroom had no ability to close and had no screen so we had to deal with a wasp that flew in. The room was nice and clean and the staff was professional.

The layout of the facility was complicated and it was hard to find where the rooms were. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the layout of the room was difficult to use. I was surprised to see the bed propped up in the lounge.

As per the photos on the website it was clean and tidy. My only issue was that I booked a superior room expecting a king bed but it was only a queen bed. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

The bed was comfortable.
The shower leaked all over the floor because shower doors didn’t close properly at the bottom
The blanket on our bed had a dirty mark and a black paint stain
The door entry to our room kept saying low battery replace battery
It was difficult to carry heavy bags upstairs due to no lift available
The person on reception when we arrived had his ear phones in, did not smile did not show any interest and was not an asset to this business
