Eau chaude Eau chaude très longue à venir... 15 minutes.. Hôtel soit disant presque complet sur réservation internet alors que le taux d'occupation était très faible...

Nous avons passé trois nuits à Auch au relais. Chambre climatisée assez grande lit confortable personnel dévoué accueillant petit déjeuner à volonté avec tout ce qu'il y a besoin en self service. Chambre très calme et fraîche en ce mois d'août à 35 degrés pour dormir

The Gascon relay in Auch is run by Chinese people. It is very clean and comfortable room, a small bathroom well equipped, room with two single beds, plus desk and fridge. All-you-can-eat breakfast. They also have a Chinese restaurant and bar. Average welcome but friendly. I haven't eaten there but it must be good. I find the price a bit steep for eating. But for amateurs why not.

Location a little noisy despite the double-glazed windows. The noise follows you into the room (fan, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner from 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday...). Otherwise, decent service, even if the reception can be difficult to understand. Breakfast with basic products but in quantity. Bedding RAS in a simple room with a small bathroom. Don't look for free parking or be prepared to walk a bit.

Beware of scammers!!! Reservation made through booking a month and a half before our weekend, Reservation paid online for 2 nights, 48 ​​hours before the manager who speaks French with great difficulty with a strong foreign accent sent us an email to tell us that there is no private parking contrary to the description of the advertisement and 1 hour before our arrival after having traveled 7h30 of travel and after a day of work and at 1am: he informs booking that we did not show up for the accommodation. While we had warned him 24 hours earlier to inform him that we would arrive between 2am and 3am. Of course no response from him and we understood why then.... this establishment re-lets these rooms in addition to your reservation at full price to tourists passing by the Tour de France cycling! Shame on him! He yells at you over the phone that he doesn't do late check-ins and that you should just find another hotel at 2 a.m.!! We call this lunatic dishonest and a crook. Run away. 50 minutes from his establishment, other establishments are much more professional, welcoming, less expensive and above all HONEST!
