Le cadre est magnifique, impossible de ne pas se sentir bien ici. Chambre nickel, les plats extras surtout le velouté de champignons aux chorizo une tuerie et sans oublier la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel sans qui le séjour n'aurait pas été pareil. Je conseille vivement cet établissement

Service commercial déplorable
Appeler pour faire spa er autre. Nous n avons pas pu en profiter hors il n'etait pas indiqué sur ********* qu il fallait reserver.
Chambre demandée avec 2 lits jumeaux et nous avons 1 grand lit, l hotel n as rien voulu entendre

À l’heure actuelle, je ne recommande pas le restaurant. Le cadre est très joli mais le service n’est absolument pas à la hauteur. La tenue vestimentaire des serveurs est à revoir. Nous avons du changer deux fois de plats car les aliments n’étaient pas disponibles, pour au final se retrouver avec quelque chose que nous n’avions pas commandé…45 minutes pour servir les boissons apéritives et en plus, on oublie la grenadine de mon fils. Le vin rouge choisit n’est pas disponible il faut changer notre choix, enfin bon, rien n’allait. Mon point va pour la propreté des toilettes et la terrasse extérieure qui est jolie. En espérant que le restaurant s’améliore.

Magnifique endroit qui semble hors du temps tant le calme est présent. Nous avons mangé au restaurant, pas de fausses notes, les assaisonnements, les cuissons, tout était parfait ! Accueil agréable et sympathique, nous reviendrons à coup sur !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille à la VILLA VICHA : Un excellent accueil tout le long que ça soit : - au spa avec ses délicates attentions, - au bar HYGGE avec Luis et ses cocktails servis dans un cadre idyllique, en cuisine, - au service et en cuisine avec un repas délicieux: des produits de saison , de qualité servis avec attention. ==＞ On s'est senti à l'écoute et bien accueilli tout le long !
