A real piece of rubbish. We start with the fact that they don't answer emails until you request them, the check-in takes forever and you have to fill out all the forms yourself. You have to do everything through an app that you have to install on your mobile, which works "sometimes".
One of the blackout blinds stopped working. The receptionist came at night and broke it, while he was having private conversations on his other phone with a person who kept calling him and ended up speaking rudely to him. Obviously, this was at 1 AM and the option of calling maintenance was no longer viable.
Breakfast is for taking photos but the last thing you want to eat in the morning. If you want a sad juice or even sugar, it seems that you have to beg for it.
They tell you that there is no TV so that it is a space for relaxation but they force you to be glued to a mobile. But of course, it's cheaper to put in a 180 euro record player than a 1000 euro television.
There is no shower gel or shampoo, just a bar of soap, which, combined with the design of the shower, makes it seem like you're in a prison.
And I could go on... as with the mould in the pool, which makes you not want to swim in it.
In short, it seems like a luxury hotel but it's not even a cheap pension.

The detail is impeccable. Small boutique hotel with friendly and family vibes. Everyone is super friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again.

I cannot begin to describe how truly wonderful this “NOT HOTEL” is, incredible. The staff is amazing and they made our trip to Athens. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a very special experience. The food was divine.

NOT is an amazing property. The story, history, ambiance, details, and so much more make this place a one of a kind. Excellent staff, amazing rooms with lots of character.
Short walk to the train where only a couple of stops will get you close enough to anything you want to do in Athens.
Only stayed for one night and I wish we had spent more time here. Will continue to recommend NOT to anyone that goes to Athens and wants a unique experience that is far from cookie cutter and bland.

Wow, wow, wow! The hotel is amazing, the room is beautiful, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The entire experience is exceptional, or as their slogan says, "NOT ORDINARY." The location is just 15 minutes from the city center, and I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding! All the communication with the reception via whats app, the app to turn on and off the AC and lights makes it also very special .
