I needed a place to stay suddenly, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make a reservation because it was 11:00 at night, but I was able to make a reservation without any problems. When I arrived, I received a friendly explanation and was able to get on the bed without any stress. The capsule was spacious, there was a large public bath, and it was more comfortable than I expected.

I thought I had booked a lower capsule, but due to a system malfunction I was assigned to an upper one. When I told them about it, they were flexible.

It was also clean.
The location was right in front of the station and there were eating and drinking areas nearby which was helpful.
The sauna was small but sufficient.
After the bath, there was a free popsicle for each person.
