The hotel is wonderful, the location is excellent. But the service is a complete disaster. Today, when I left, they simply did not allow me to sit on the sofa at the reception. I am not even mentioning that they stole my charger.

I don't know where all these good reviews come from. The hotel wasn't good and these good reviews mislead users like myself. There are 80 steps from the ground to the hotel.there is no transfer to amalfi.the hotel doesn't include slippers coffee maker or free water. Its too noisy at morning , there is a ring bell outside the hotel that rings every 15 minuets

Unfortunately there was a movie being filmed, so it was really hard to move in and out of the hotel, and all restaurants and shops were closed.

Beautiful spot, just walk down the steps (yes, the steps are part of the charm of Atrani), and you're on the beach. Very friendly staff. The bedrooms aren't modern, but everything worked, and it was comfortable. Lovely rooftop space. Carlo is a legend, he carries the luggage up and down those stairs with a smile.

Bellissimo palazzo con una visita mozzafiato, collocato bene, disponibilità di tutti,un ringraziamento soprattutto a Carlo ed Enzo che ogni giorno caricano con loro valigie percorrendo tante scale,sarebbe opportuno acquistare un carrello elettrico per rendere il loro lavoro meno gravoso!

Wir waren extrem zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Ausblick und Komfort waren fantastisch. Bett super gemütlich, top Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker - die Auswahl war vielfältig, es gab sogar viele verschiedene Antipasti. Besonderer Dank geht an Carlo, der heldenhaft unseren Koffer runtergetragen hat.

Enjoyed our stay here! Had a great view of Atroni and the ocean. The room was great and spacious and loved the jet tub after long days of walking and exploring! Carlo was great and helped carry our luggage up and down the steps which was much appreciated!
