Terrible Property If you need a place to stay and don’t care about cleanliness or customer service, this is the place for you. Problems we encountered: - ac drains into room causing carpet to become soaked, smelling moldy and musky. -room smelled like cigarettes and **** (this was a non smoking room) -smoke detector dangling from ceiling -walls smeared with dirt -food behind bed/nightstand -carpet so dirty my baby couldn’t play on floor -cigarette burns in blankets -room was never serviced after we requested it to be -pool closed in middle of Summer Best part, my toddler vomited on our 3rd night there, my husband went to front desk to request new bedding. The manager refused to give him new bedding - kept saying it wasn’t their policy. We didn’t want a maid to do it, we were going to make the bed ourselves. It took my husband demanding a refund and going to Holiday Inn next door to get sheets and a blanket. I completely understand “you get what you pay for” but have some pride in the place you’re running. Will be contacting Days Inn corporate office as well.

I was in RM 106. Upon check in, girl behind counter would not look at me, more interested in her phone. Blood on breezeway that looked like it had been there a while. Toilet not cleaned with seat falling off. TV channel guide provided was not accurate with language on TV in Spanish and could not be changed to English. Room pass key--one worked of the two for one night but neither worked next morning. When brought to attention of those behind the desk-they were very nonchalant telling me it was the cold weather-yet the people in adjoining rooms were able to use theirs --- why? In all the years that I have stayed there, this was the worst - may have to go elsewhere.

The bed was too hard and the toilet too low for my wife to get off. Noted a very dirty mess at the laundry area. No protection on the sink or tune to prevent something dropped to enter the drain.
